Why we started

Finance teams were reconciling the same numbers twice. We thought that should be the software's job.

Every finance team we talked to across the UAE and Saudi Arabia was doing the same work twice: once to close the books, and again every time someone asked a tool (spreadsheet or AI) a question about them.

The planning software built elsewhere governs data that's already loaded into its own database. None of it starts from the document that was actually filed: the bank statement, the ZATCA e-invoice, the signed statutory report, and checks a number against what was printed on that page.

A number shouldn't have to be taken on faith. It should trace back to the page it came from.

  • Math should run in a deterministic engine, not be guessed at by a language model.
  • GCC finance teams deserve IFRS, ZATCA, and Arabic support built in from day one, not translated in afterward.
  • An answer an AI gives about your numbers should carry the same lineage as the numbers themselves.

We're building that evidence layer first, and the full planning surface finance teams expect on top of it. The Rexfin team

What we saw

Reconciliation, done twice every close

Where we're building

GCC/MENA-first, bilingual by default

What we hold ourselves to

Commitments we don't get to break, even for speed.

A deterministic engine, not the language model, does the math. Every figure traces back to its source document and lineage. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Per-organization isolation, by architecture, not by policy. Designed to SOC 2-grade controls, pursuing SOC 2 Type II. Bilingual Arabic/English output by default.

Why now

Bring a real statement. We'll show you the trust chain.
