New: ask the Rexfin Analyst Agent about your model. Every figure comes back cited.

Integrations

Bring every ledger, feed, and filing into one governed model.

Connect the systems where your numbers already live, or drop in what you’ve got: Rexfin normalizes it into one reconciled model either way.

Animated loop: source systems exchange verified figures with the RexFin hub.

ERP & accounting systems

Connect the ledgers your numbers already live in (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct) and Rexfin normalizes accounts, periods, and dimensions into one governed chart, continuously.

Once ERP and accounting data is flowing, it stops being "your system’s number" and becomes the reconciled base the whole plan builds on: budgets, forecasts, and consolidation all draw from the same tied-out actuals.

One chart of accounts

Accounts, periods, and dimensions from every ledger normalize into a single definitions layer.

Reconciled, not re-keyed

Every synced balance ties out to its source ledger before it enters a forecast.

Multi-entity ready

Consolidation and intercompany elimination run on entities pulled from the same connected ERP.

CRM

Revenue operations and finance stop keeping two versions of pipeline, bookings, and churn. CRM-sourced revenue metrics get defined once in the definitions library and reconciled to the same model finance already trusts.

Native CRM connectors are on the roadmap; today, CRM exports and API-fed data flow in through the same governed ingestion path as every other source.

Shared revenue definitions

Pipeline, bookings, and churn are defined once and reused across RevOps and finance reporting.

Grounded answers

Ask a plain-language question about a segment and get a figure traceable to its source.

One recompute, not two

A quota or comp change recomputes against the same numbers finance already reconciled.

HRIS & workforce systems

Headcount and comp get modeled against the same reconciled actuals base as the rest of the plan, so a hiring assumption flows straight into the P&L forecast instead of living in a disconnected roster spreadsheet.

Named HRIS connectors are on the roadmap; workforce data can flow in today through export or upload, on the same ingestion path as every other source.

One workforce model

Roles, comp, and timing connect to the same governed definitions as the rest of financial planning.

Instant flow-through

Change a hiring assumption in plain language; dependent cost lines recompute across the model.

Role-based access

Sensitive compensation figures stay scoped to the people who should see them.

BI & data warehouses

Rexfin reads warehouse tables directly (Snowflake and BigQuery) so the model works from the same current data your other reporting already queries.

The reconciled model can push back out through the MCP server, so your BI layer of choice builds its charts on the same governed, cited numbers rather than a second copy.

Warehouse-native

Query revenue, usage, and operational tables in place, without a separate export step.

One source, many views

Use Rexfin as the reconciled source of truth and chart it wherever your team already looks.

Developer access

The MCP server exposes the model under the same permission and citation rules as the UI.

Spreadsheets

No live connection required: drop in Excel workbooks or CSV exports and start modeling immediately. Rexfin parses, structures, and reconciles them the same way it does a direct feed.

Move to a live connection later without rebuilding anything: the model underneath stays the same, only the ingestion path changes.

No integration required

The upload path works standalone, so modeling can start before a live connection exists.

Structured on intake

Rows and columns map into the same governed chart of accounts as every connected source.

Swap in a feed, later

Move from upload to a direct connection without re-modeling a single line.

Filed documents & e-invoicing

This is the layer most planning tools skip entirely: PDF financial statements, bank statements, and ZATCA e-invoices get extracted by more than one independent engine, reconciled to the total the document actually printed, and tagged against an IFRS taxonomy, before a single figure becomes citable.

Every extracted number keeps its lineage back to the filed page it came from, so "where did this come from" opens a citation drawer, not a search.

Multi-backend agreement

A figure becomes citable only once more than one independent extraction engine agrees on it.

Reconciled to the printed total

Every derived figure is checked against the subtotal the source document actually printed.

GCC e-invoicing aware

Built with ZATCA e-invoice clearance flows and UAE filing formats in view.

Frequently asked questions

Integration questions, answered plainly.

Do I need a live integration to start modeling?

No. Upload Excel, CSV, or PDF financial statements and the same reconciliation pipeline runs whether the data arrived by API or by upload: you can start before a live connection exists.

How does Rexfin handle PDF filings and e-invoices?

More than one independent extraction engine has to agree on a figure before it’s citable. Every derived number is then checked against the subtotal the source document actually printed, and documents get tagged against an IFRS taxonomy on intake.

What happens if a source system and Rexfin disagree?

Nothing exports (a board pack, a statement) until the reconciliation checks agree. A disagreement is surfaced for review, never silently resolved in the background.

Can other tools or my own systems query the model?

Yes. The MCP server gives programmatic access to the governed model, under the same permission and citation rules as the product UI.

Every figure, accounted for

The chain that makes a number believable.

Every figure that reaches your model has already passed five checks: Rexfin shows its work instead of asking you to take its word for it.
