How far does a single driver change actually reach?
A deterministic engine (not the language model) recomputes every dependent line across the model when a driver changes, so budget, rolling forecast, and board pack move together instead of drifting apart between updates.
Can the same model serve close, board reporting, and a financing conversation?
Yes. It is one reconciled model underneath all of it, so the figures a controller closes with are the same ones an FP&A lead forecasts from and the same ones that go into a lender or investor conversation.
What happens if a figure can’t be reconciled yet?
It does not quietly enter the plan. Nothing exports (board pack or statement) until the reconciliation checks agree; an unverified number is refused rather than shipped.
Do we need a live ERP connection before finance can start planning?
No. Excel, CSV, or PDF upload works standalone, so modeling and driver-based planning can start before any live connection exists.
Can I just ask a question instead of building a report?
