ESG planning & reporting

Rexfin's planning engine (drivers, scenarios, shared definitions) already runs on evidence-grade actuals. We're extending the same filed-to-cited trust chain to environmental, social, and governance metrics, so a sustainability figure carries the same lineage as revenue.

Animated loop: activity data converts through emission factors into an audited total.

ESG figures live inside the plan, not beside it

Environmental, social, and governance figures are designed to live in the same governed model as financial data, linked to sales, operations, and workforce numbers instead of sitting in a separate deck that never reconciles.

Built for regulatory scrutiny

Every figure is meant to carry its origin, its edit history, and a reviewable path back to the source document: the same discipline behind Rexfin’s financial actuals today, extended to disclosure reporting as that capability ships.

Targets belong in the scenario engine, not a year-end recap

A reduction target or a supplier-compliance goal is meant to run as a live scenario against the plan, not a static figure restated once a year.

Frequently asked

Questions about ESG planning and reporting.

Is ESG reporting live in Rexfin today?

ESG-specific ingestion and disclosure reporting are on our roadmap and carry a "Coming soon" label until they ship. The planning engine underneath (drivers, scenarios, shared definitions) already runs in production for financial data.

What does "extending the trust chain to ESG" actually mean?

The same filed → extracted → reconciled → cited → exported discipline used for financial actuals is designed to apply to non-financial ESG metrics, so a sustainability figure would carry the same lineage a revenue figure does today.

Can I model an emissions-reduction or supplier scenario the way I model a financial one?

That's the intent of the roadmap: reuse the same driver-based scenario engine so an ESG assumption recomputes dependent lines deterministically, the same way a hiring or pricing scenario does today.

Will ESG data need its own separate tool?

No, it's designed to sit in the same governed model and definitions library as the rest of the plan, not a second, disconnected system.

Does Rexfin claim alignment with a specific ESG or CSRD standard today?

Not yet, and we won’t claim compliance with a named framework until it’s actually built and documented. Today, ESG is described here at capability level and marked "Coming soon."

Where would ESG actuals come from?

The same ingestion path already live for financial data (accounting and ERP exports, bank feeds, or uploaded Excel, CSV, and PDF), extended to utility bills, supplier disclosures, and workforce records once that capability ships.

Can I already ask the Analyst agent ESG questions?

The Analyst agent answers questions over your model and its cited actuals today; ESG-specific data sources are part of the roadmap this page describes.
