The AI is mostly insight and collaboration. Cube positions itself as built for the AI era, and it does offer AI-powered insights and a collaboration suite with traceable outputs. What it doesn’t do yet is autonomous, deep financial modeling. AI agents that genuinely build and reason over your model are still maturing. If you came expecting AI that drives the numbers, you may find it drives the commentary instead.

Some modeling still lives in raw Excel. Headcount planning and ARR waterfalls are often handled in standalone Excel models rather than native modules.
