Accounts Payable
Accounts payable (AP) is the money a business owes suppliers and vendors for goods or services it has already received but not yet paid for. It sits on the balance sheet as a short-term liability.
AP only tells the full story when the invoices behind it are trustworthy. Rexfin reconciles supplier invoices and ERP exports against the same evidence layer as every other actual, so a payables balance always ties back to a filed source document.
