Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

Annual recurring revenue (ARR) is the value of subscription or contract revenue a business expects to receive over a twelve-month period, normalized to strip out one-time fees.

ARR movements (new, expansion, contraction, churn) are only meaningful when the underlying billing and contract data reconcile to the general ledger: the same discipline Rexfin applies to every revenue actual in the model.
