Bottom-Up Forecasting

Bottom-up forecasting builds a forecast by aggregating granular assumptions (by rep, product line, or cost center) up to a company-wide total, rather than starting from a top-level target and working down.

In a driver-based model, a bottom-up forecast recomputes automatically as the underlying assumptions change. Explore scenario planning.
