Long-Range Plan
A long-range plan (LRP) is a multi-year financial projection (typically three to five years) used to guide strategic decisions like hiring, capital investment, and fundraising beyond the current annual budget cycle.
Because a long-range plan compounds a lot of assumptions, keeping every driver in one governed definitions layer, as Rexfin does, keeps a five-year projection from silently drifting from the numbers behind it.
