Liquidity Ratio
A liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio) measures a business’s ability to cover its short-term obligations with its short-term assets, a core solvency signal for lenders and boards.
Because liquidity ratios draw on the balance sheet directly, they inherit whatever accounting-identity checks the balance sheet has already passed inside Rexfin’s model.
