Top-Down Forecast
A top-down forecast starts from a company-wide target (a growth rate, a revenue goal) and allocates it down to teams, products, or periods, in contrast to a bottom-up build from granular drivers.
Rexfin supports either direction on the same engine, and reconciles the two against each other rather than letting a top-down target quietly override a bottom-up build.
